In the ensuite, Peter, our licensed electrician, supplied and installed a new IXL exhaust fan. This upgrade helps remove excess moisture, improves airflow, and reduces the risk of mould, all while meeting current Australian electrical safety standards.

Bathroom – Exhaust Fan & IXL Reconnection

In the main bathroom, Peter reconnected the existing exhaust fan and IXL unit, restoring proper operation. Once reconnected, all components were fully tested to ensure safe and reliable performance.

Hallway – LED Oyster Light Installation

To enhance visibility and modernise the space, Peter supplied and installed an energy-efficient LED oyster light in the hallway. LED oyster lights provide bright, even illumination and are a popular low-maintenance option for high-traffic areas.
