Ampower Electrical recently assisted Laura in Woollahra with a complex electrical fault affecting the laundry power circuit at her property.

Our experienced electrician Kris carried out thorough electrical fault finding and quickly identified that the issue was originating from the external gate motor, which was impacting power to the laundry circuit. To ensure safety, the faulty gate motor was immediately isolated and made safe before power was successfully re-energised to the laundry.

Once the fault was contained, Ampower Electrical supplied and installed a double weatherproof GPO, complete with new wiring to safely reconnect power to the gate motor. Using high-quality Clipsal weatherproof fittings, the installation was completed to Australian Standards, ensuring long-term reliability and protection from the elements.
