What types of downlights can I have installed?
There are two main down lights that are installed in our homes:
Tri Colour dimmable down lights
The most popular down lights are Tri Colour, these down lights have the ability to switch between three different colour temperatures on the go. Typically you can choose between Warm White (3000k), Cool White (4000k) or Daylight (6000k) at any time.
RGB down lights
A fairly new introduction into the down light market are RGB down lights, these aren’t as popular in the Australian market due to the additional cost of purchasing RGB down lights. These special down lights give you the ability to choose between up to 16.7 million different colours.
